Pumpernickel bread. Old fashioned recipe, was a little too sour for my taste, but pretty!
I'm doing a Jewish Pumpernickel Recipe today that smells awesome, but is still in the oven, so I cannot attest to its flavor quite yet. Will post a photo once it's done. P.S. I used my own completely from scratch Rye Starter "Else" aka "Mama Else Von Dunkelbroet".
And here is a pic of the from scratch pizza I made with my mom the other day. Pineapple, turkey pepperoni, basil, red bell pepper, a little cumin. Yumm.
